Fundamentals of Movement

Before anyone starts lifting weights for the first time, they should spend a few weeks getting to know what they need to work on to develop a more stable musculoskeletal system.  This program runs through:

  • Self Assessment to find areas of tightness or instability.
  • Self Myofascial Release Techniques
  • Correctional Stretch Techniqes
  • Neuromuscular Activation Techniques
  • Eliminate Sore Joints and Correct Posture
  • Indepth Video Tutorials

Mobility, Stability & Control

This phase of training is one of the most important, in my own opinion, that is.  Running through mobility, stability and control drills will greatly decrease your chances of getting injured in the long run.  This 6 week program will make sure every muscle and fascial-sling in your body is operating how they’re meant to.

Strength Endurance

This program works on developing Fast Glycolytic Fibers (better know as type 2A muscle fibres.) I do not recommend this program for anyone who has not gone through the prior two training modules beforehand.  This 12 week program will take everything you got, every session,  5 days a week.
