Hi, I Am Tony Minchin
I have been working since 2010 as a Personal Trainer. My love for fitness started back in high school. Being a shy, scrawny 16 year old kid in those days, I wanted to get bigger. So I followed in both my brothers footsteps and starting picking up weights. Although I had no idea what to do, I was picking up information from anyone I could, from those who would offer BroScience to the more educated who offered solid advice. But in my opinion, without the BroScience, I would have never developed my love for fitness.
From there I gained size, strength and confidence. I started to come out of my shell by the time I turned 18. I decided to enroll in a Personal Training college. I had thought I knew everything when I became a Personal Trainer. Boy, was I wrong. And that is why my passion for the human body grew.
Because of my passion, I developed a habit of constant research and studying, and self application. I am so happy to say that I have no more pain in my knees (or anywhere for that matter), re-aligned my mild scoliosis (from when I was 12 years old), and at the age of 34, I can move better and do more than I ever could in my 20’s.
And this is what I want to pass on to you. Not just a great workout, but the knowledge that you can still move better than you ever have, do more than you ever could and be confident to be able to connect with your body in a way you never thought was possible. I am here to help you attack life head on.
